Anti-Woke PAC Launches Major Campaign for Hegseth

The American Leadership PAC, a conservative group dedicated to combating wokeism, has launched a significant ad campaign to support Pete Hegseth, President-elect Donald Trump’s nominee for Secretary of Defense. This $1 million initiative targets five states: Alaska, North Carolina, Louisiana, South Dakota, and Utah, aiming to generate public support for Hegseth’s confirmation.

The campaign, set to run from January 10 through the following week, coincides with Hegseth’s confirmation hearing with the U.S. Senate Committee on Armed Services. It employs a multi-faceted approach, utilizing text messages, television commercials, and radio advertisements to reach constituents and encourage them to voice their support to their senators.

“Make Our Military Great Again” Ad Campaign

The television ad, titled “Make Our Military Great Again,” will air on Fox News Channel, targeting right-of-center viewers. The ad’s narrator highlights the current challenges faced by the military, stating, “Our military faces a crisis: recruitment down, morale weak, our leaders more focused on going woke than killing terrorists and defending America.”

The ad campaign emphasizes Hegseth’s commitment to eliminating “woke” policies from the military and restoring its former strength. Radio ads, set to play on conservative talk radio stations, will further amplify this message, reaching a broader audience of potential supporters.

While the campaign doesn’t target any specific senator by name, it may do so if necessary. Some senators from the targeted states have already shown support or had positive meetings with Hegseth. The American Leadership PAC, known for its focus on combating wokeism in both the private sector and government, sees Hegseth as a key figure in achieving its goals.

The PAC’s strategy aligns with President Trump’s vision of restoring the armed forces’ former strength. By leveraging various media channels and targeting specific states, the campaign aims to create a groundswell of support for Hegseth’s nomination, potentially influencing the confirmation process in his favor.
